CANCELLATION POLICY – 2DAY IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Payments are non-refundable within 30 (thirty) days of an Immersive Experience.

If cancellation is more than 30 (thirty) days prior, we will refund your payment minus a 15% (fifteen percent) cancellation service charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY – MULTI-DAY WORKSHOPS

If cancellation at least 60 (sixty) days prior, we will refund your payment minus a 15% (fifteen percent) cancellation service charge. Any cancellations within 60 (sixty) days of a multi-day workshop will not be refunded for any portion of the payment. 

INSURANCE

It is recommended that all participants have their own travel and trip interruption insurance, as well as coverage for your photographic equipment.

CHANGES TO ITINERARIES

Moon Nomads Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel a workshop, to modify the accommodations and/or itinerary, and to vary any of the other elements of the workshop due to local conditions or as may be deemed reasonable by Moon Nomads Tours. Moon Nomads Tours, LLC will have no liability beyond the payment of a refund upon cancellation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED

Moon Nomads Tours, LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property, including but not limited to cameras, luggage and/or personal belongings; or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. It is recommended that you obtain adequate insurance to cover these situations, as well as trip cancellation/interruption coverage. 

RESPONSIBILITY

Participants in a workshop should have reasonable capacity to walk short distances, including steps or uneven surfaces, with your camera gear. Moon Nomads Tours, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, claim, expense or other loss of any nature, including but not limited to those caused by or resulting from any vehicle or conveyance, or the acts or negligence of any other company or of any person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the operations or arrangements of the workshop; or by local conditions, overbooking by hotels, delays, sickness, weather, strikes, force majeure or any similar causes. Liability of Moon Nomads Tours, LLC, shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to Moon Nomads Tours LLC.

USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS

Moon Nomads Tours LLC may take photography and video during workshops for promotional purposes, advertising and website, and unless a participant specifically opts-out by written notice to Moon Nomads Tours LLC, participants agree to allow for royalty-free use of images in which they appear.
