This 2-day immersive photography experience captures the timeless charm of Charleston — where cobblestone streets meet ocean light and centuries of history unfold at every corner. From the moss-draped oaks of Magnolia Plantation to the pastel facades of Rainbow Row, the soaring bridge sunsets over the bay, and the quiet grace of historic cemeteries and churches, this weekend blends architecture, culture, and natural beauty into a visual journey through the heart of the South.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Thursday (Arrival & Welcome)
- Arrival in Charleston and hotel check-in
- Introductory photo walk in the Historic District
- Sunset shoot at Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge
- Welcome Dinner at a local restaurant
Day 2 – Friday (Historic Charleston + Boat Sunset)
- Sunrise at The Battery
- After breakfast: Architecture & History walk
- Rainbow Row
- St. Michael’s Church
- Circular Congregational Church & Cemetery
- White Point Garden
- Lunch
- Afternoon at leisure
- Early Dinner
- Sunset Boat Tour around the bay
Day 3 – Saturday (Plantation & City Flow)
- Sunrise at Folly Beach Pier
- After breakfast: visit to Magnolia Plantation & Gardens (gardens, swamps, wildlife, history)
- Lunch at the plantation
- Afternoon: King Street & Charleston Market photo walk
- Dinner
Day 4 – Sunday (Cemeteries & Southern Landscapes)
- Sunrise at Waterfront Park / Pineapple Fountain
- After breakfast: visit to Magnolia Cemetery
- Lunch
- Afternoon excursion to Angel Oak Tree and Charleston Tea Plantation
